I spent years building businesses in my own strength — chasing success, chasing revenue, chasing the next thing. And for a while, it worked. But underneath all of it, I was exhausted, burned out, and losing myself in the process.

It took hitting rock bottom for God to get my attention. And when He did, everything changed. He didn't just heal my business — He healed me. He showed me what it looks like to build from overflow instead of striving. To lead from obedience instead of ambition. To let Him be the strategy.

10+ YEARS IN THE TRENCHES

The Early Years

I always knew I was made to be home with my kids and run my own business. So I started — network marketing, a wood sign business, graphic tees. Each one taught me something. Each one stretched me in ways I didn't expect.

The Hustle Season

My screen printing business grew to stores across the Midwest. I opened a brick and mortar. I was winning incentive trips. From the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, I was running on empty — stressed, striving, and slowly falling apart.

The Turning Point

Rock bottom came fast. My health crashed. My marriage was barely holding on. I sold the business I'd poured everything into — and it was the best decision I ever made. God used that season to strip away everything I'd been building in my own strength.

God didn't just heal

He healed me.

After selling my screen printing business, I finally slowed down long enough to hear God's voice. He called me to homeschool. He called me to heal. He placed the right mentor in my life who showed me what it looks like to do business with Jesus at the center — to take the pressure off, keep priorities straight, and build from a place of peace instead of pressure.

Out of that season came Called to Rise — a faith-based community for Christian women in business. And then More Of You Co. — because I kept meeting women who were doing exactly what I had done. Grinding. Striving. Showing up online in a way that felt hollow. I knew I could help.

I didn't start this agency because I took a course. I started it because I've lived it. Over 10 years of building real businesses from the ground up — teaching myself social media, websites, branding, marketing, and everything in between. I know what works because I've done the work.

But more than that — I know what it feels like to be the Christian woman drowning in the backend of her business while her calling sits waiting. I know what it costs to keep striving instead of trusting. And I know the freedom that comes when you finally let someone else handle the online presence so you can get back to what God actually called you to do.
